On this week's episode of 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians,' Kim Kardashian helps brother Brandon Jenner and his wife Leah who are getting ready to release their first single. Also, Khloe Kardashian is feeling left out by Kim and Kourtney.

This week on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian helps her step-brother Brandon and his wife Leah as they are getting ready to release their first single.

At first, Leah tells Kim that she's nervous because she's such a perfectionist and wants to keep tweaking the song before anybody hear it. Kim explains that boyfriend Kanye West is the same with his music, which helps Leah feel a little bit better, but she eventually realizes there is more to her fear than just perfecting the song.

After going out for ice cream with Kim, she sees how crazy the paparazzi can be and what an invasion it is on your privacy and realizes that she is scared about what fame will do to her and Brandon. With Kim's continued support, Brandon and Leah eventually release their single and Leah conquers her fear.

Also on the episode, Khloe is feeling left out because Kourtney and Kim keep talking about baby stuff and ignoring her. To help make her feel better, Kris takes Khloe for a night on the town and they decide to teepee Kim's house, which infuriates her.

Eventually, Kim is able to forgive Khloe and Kris and feels bad that Khloe was feeling left out.

Recent reports, which claim the show is fake and scripted use examples from this show to prove their point. Apparently, Kim knew about the TP-ing all along and Khloe was never really feeling left out, it just "makes for better TV."

Do you think this episode seemed scripted or do you think Khloe was really being pushed aside by her sisters and that TP-ing Kim's house really was spontaneous?
