So, how does she keep her killer bod in tip-top shape? Her trainer, Harvey Pasternak, told People she does three 25-minute workouts a week that include 10 minutes of cardio when she's not touring. And when she is touring, she ups that to five workouts a week and 30 minutes of cardio. She also eats five small meals a day.
