The actress is due to be released from her Malibu rehab on Wednesday after completing her court ordered 90 day stint, but has decided she'd like to do a few extra days before going back to reality, TMZ reports.

LL reportedly wants a transition period of 3-4 days in a "lower level, sober living house" to help her recovery. They also report that she made a list of toxic people in her life to cut off once she leaves rehab.

The Mean Girls star, who's been to rehab 6 times, is supposedly moving back to New York City and is hopeful she can stay clean.

She's set to sit down with Oprah Winfrey for her first post-rehab interview and will participate in a reality docuseries for the OWN network, which will air next year.

Do you think Lindsay's really changed this time?
