According to TMZ, the legal docs that Tameka has filed claim that he is creating a dangerous environment for the kids.

It seems as no coincidence that she made this move just hours after their son Usher Raymond V got his hand stuck in a pool drain at his father's house.

The site also reports that Tameka has issues with Usher's aunt (who was watching the boy when he got his arm stuck), claiming that she once let a stalker into the house where the kids were staying and that she is too physical when she disciplines the kids.

She also wants to have the power to determine the kids' education, healthcare, religious and extracurricular activities.

The hearing will be held on Friday afternoon.

No word on whether or not Usher Raymond V will be out of the hospital by then, but the doctors did say that he will be OK following the accident.

UPDATE: Good news! Usher (junior) is doing much better today and is eating, talking to people and even laughing, TMZ reports, although it might still be a few days before he's released from the hospital.
