Angelina Jolie stars in the upcoming film 'Maleficent,' but she admits that when she was on set, kids were terrified of the costume she had to wear. Who would have thought that a character in a Disney movie could be so terrifying to children?

Angelina Jolie stars in the upcoming Disney flick Maleficent and recently revealed that kids were scared of her while she was on set.

At Disney's D32 expo in Anaheim, CA, Angie revealed how she accidentally scared kids who visited the Maleficent set.

"People with little kids would visit set and I would think 'oh, I'm a Disney character,'" she revealed. "And I would go over to the children and say 'hi...' and they'd scream and they would run off...and one little kid even said 'mommy, please tell the mean witch to stop talking to me.'"

Aww! Poor things!

There was, however, one little kid who wasn't scared of Angelina...and that was her daughter Vivienne, who stars in the movie with mommy. "Vivienne was the only 4-year-old who wouldn't scream," she revealed. "We got to be a part of it together."

Maybe Vivienne takes after mom, who admits that while she, too, was scared of Maleficent when she was a child, she was always her favorite character!

Still, we can't blame the other kids for being afraid...those Disney costumes are very lifelike, especially in the eyes of a child!
