On this week's episode of 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians,' Kim Kardashian tricks the family into thinking they ate someone's placenta after they tell her it's gross that she is considering eating hers after she gives birth.

This week, on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian grosses her family out when she tells them she is considering eating her placenta after she gives birth. Bruce Jenner seems the most offended and tells Kim that it's like cannibalism.

The only one who isn't disgusted by the idea is Kourtney Kardashian, who has two kids of her own and jokes that she wants to have a third just so that she can do that, too.

Finally, Kim decides that she wants to play a joke on everyone and she has Kourtney cook dinner with a mystery meat. In the middle of the meal, Kim and Kourt tell everyone that they had just eaten placenta and they are all sick about it.

Of course, it wasn't actually placenta (it was brisket), but Kim isn't in a hurry to tell them the truth because they all play jokes on her so often and she wants to teach them a lesson.

While Rob Kardashian wasn't part of the placenta prank, everyone is worried about the things he's been eating lately too, especially after Khloe Kardashian finds a huge bag of candy wrappers that he's thrown in the trash.

As everyone is trying to help Rob find a hobby or something to make him happy, they come to regret stepping in after Rob discovers that he likes doing wood carvings with a chainsaw.

First, Rob is doing them in Khloe and Lamar Odom's backyard, but when it gets to be too much for the couple, Khloe sends him over to Kourtney and Scott's house.

Needless to say, nobody is too thrilled about the chainsaw roaring at all hours of the day, but they are all so consumed with making Rob happy, they don't make a big deal out of it, which is actually what makes him mad.

Rob feels like everyone is always tiptoeing around him and treating him like he's so fragile and in need of help when he really just wants to be treated like everyone else.

Do you think they treat Rob differently or do you think he's being too sensitive?
