Lamar Odom did not receive an offer to re-sign with the Clippers this year, which is said to be a result of his drug problems, but now... Los Angeles Clippers v Memphis Grizzlies - Game SixLamar Odom is definitely not in a good position right now.

In addition to allegations that he cheated on wife Khloe Kardashian, and is struggling with a drug problem, the former NBA star has not been made an offer to re-sign with his team, the Clippers, which could mean the end of his career.

Or could it?

According to RadarOnline, Lamar's former team, the Los Angeles Lakers, are willing to save a spot for him on their roster if he goes to rehab.

"The Lakers are a family and even though Lamar isn't currently on their roster, that doesn't matter, he's a two-time championship Laker," a source told the site.

While the offer seems enticing, Lamar apparently hasn't taken the bait just yet.

"Lamar is really resisting rehab, even with the Lakers' offer on the table," the source said. "He doesn't want to miss training camp. Lamar thinks he can kick this on his own. It's very hard for him to admit that he needs help."

Hopefully, he will surrender and take the help that is available to him. We want nothing more than to see Lamar back on the court and in fighting form again.
