Courtney Love is singing Miley Cyrus' praises. The Hole singer hit the stage during a Fashion Week performance in NYC and told the crowd what she thought about Miley Cyrus's VMA performance and her take on Katy Perry as well. Courtney Love is singing Miley Cyrus' praises.

While people still seem to be dissing the "We Can't Stop" crooner's MTV VMA performance--even after her butt-naked "Wrecking Ball" music video debuted--Courtney said she got a kick out of Miley's shenanigans.

Robin Thicke and Katy Perry (in general) though, that's a totally different story.

"I liked Miley, frankly," the Hole singer told the crowd during her performance in NYC Monday, according to The New York Post. "I'm gonna be honest, Katy Perry bores the [bleep] out of me. She's a nice girl, she just really bores me. You know, that hillbilly Miley Cyrus is sort of punk in a weird sex way."

Courtney went on to take a jab at Miley's "Blurred Lines" VMA partner, saying, "Can someone inform me who Alan Thicke's son is? Like what? Wasn't [he on] 'Charles in Charge'? That's like Jared Leto trying to convince me he's a rock star."

Ouch.

What do you think of Courtney's comments? Do you agree or disagree?
