Ariana Grande is defending Miley Cyrus' raunchy VMAs performance. See what Ariana says about people needing to "spend less time judging" and why "there's nothing wrong with having fun." Ariana Grande is on top of her game right now--but she's not about to throw any shade in the direction of her musical peers.
In a recent Rolling Stone interview, Ariana was asked about Miley Cyrus' controversial VMAs performance.
The singer had plenty to say about Miley--and it was all nice, thank you very much.
Ariana told the magazine, "She looked like she was having the time of her life. She's happy. I'm happy. We're both doing our different things. There's nothing wrong with having fun. Nothing wrong."
She added, "I think all the people who are saying mean things about it and who are judging, need to spend less time judging other people and more time worrying about how to have as much fun as she's having in life right now."
Sounds a lot like what Demi Lovato tweeted the other day: "Don't judge, just love."
