Lea Michele took to twitter to hint that her character, Rachel, landed her dream role. No official word from the 'Glee' camp, but the picture seems to say that Rachel will be in the revival of 'Funny Girl.' She got it!

Okay, no one has said it for sure, but from the looks of this twitpic, Lea Michele's Rachel nabbed her dream role of Fanny Brice in the Funny Girl musical. Lea tweeted this pic with the hashtags #GleeinNYC, #FunnyGirl and #Broadway. As you can see, Lea is dawning a pink peacoat and a big grin, standing under a theater marquee where workers are installing Funny Girl signage.

Remember, last season Rachel was auditioning to play her idol Barbra Streisand's role of Fanny Brice. By the looks of this picture snapped in the Big Apple on the set of FOX's Glee, it looks like Lea is hinting at a positive outcome for Rachel who is still in New York and struggling to make it on the Great White Way.

Jane Lynch also took to twitter to spread the good photo news:
Rachel will be joined by her NYC Glee pals Kurt and Santana as well as Demi Lovato's new character. Wonder what they will be up to this coming season?

Check out these recent tweets from Lea. They give some clues about the fifth season of Glee:
The fifth season of Glee premieres September 26. Do you think Rachel lands her dream role?
