Just like Justin Bieber, this Speed Racer has throngs of female admirers of all ages. The most memorable of the pack: a "cougar" who approached 18-year-old up-and-coming NASCAR star Dylan Kwasniewski at an autograph session. Just like Justin Bieber, this Speed Racer has throngs of female admirers of all ages. And we do mean all ages. The most memorable of the pack: a "cougar" who approached 18-year-old up-and-coming NASCAR star Dylan Kwasniewski at an autograph session.

"I think she must have been like 65 or something," Dylan recalls. "She was wearing this leather jumpsuit and some red lipstick. She's like, 'Hey honey,' getting all fancy to me, and I'm looking at my team crew just like, 'Is this girl serious right now?' It was definitely a little bit different." Sure, he looks like the perfect guy to take home to...grandma? But seriously, let's leave the onesie-wearing to Dylan next time, ok, ladies? (Shhh -- don't tell him we called his racing suit a onesie!)

Dylan stars in the new reality show Flat Out, which follows his brave cross-country move from Las Vegas to Charlotte as he strives to achieve his NASCAR dreams, all while trying to balance the life of a normal teen. The 10-episode docu-series, which features his mom and BFF Cameron, captures the highs and lows of Dylan's life on and off the track, from dealing with the tragic death of his dad, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino exec Andrew Kwasniewski, to celebrating his 18th birthday miles away from home.

Despite his crazy schedule, the Justin Bieber lookalike still finds time for girls, parties, and--most importantly--that perfectly sculpted hair. It's all in a day's work for this motorsport hottie.

Watch the new episode of Flat Out, only on Cambio and AOL.
