The American Idol judge met up with Verizon's My Fabulous Quince Contest winner Alyssa Linares Saturday to give her a personal styling session and share her hottest fashion tips for Linares' 15th birthday party.
"Congrats Alyssa Linares the @myfabulous15 winner! Excited for our Quince styling session tomorrow w/ @VerizonWireless! :) #MFQ2013," J.Lo tweeted Friday.
Linares won the grand prize in Verizon's Quince contest, which gave her a dream Quince for 100 guests, a trip to Los Angeles, a styling session with J.Lo, a private performance by 3BALLMTY at her party, a $5,000 college scholarship, four Blackberry Z10 smartphones and four $250 Verizon Wireless gift cards.
In addition to doling out styling tips, J.LO is also being recognized for her charity work by the Human Rights Campaign.
The Parker star will be honored at the gay right's organization's national gala dinner with the "Ally for Equality" award for raising money HIV/AIDS causes, advocating against bullying and executive producing her new ABC Family show "The Fosters," which centers on a family with lesbian parents, according to the Washington Post.
The dinner will be held at the Washington Convention Center Oct. 5 in Washington, D.C.
