The 44(!)-year-old American Idol host showed off her hot bod and toned abs during what looked like a quick break from shooting the reality competition show.
"#idolfashion," she wrote on Instagram Thursday, alongside the photo of herself posing seductively in a blue jean cropped top and denim jeans.
The photo was a reveal of a snap she previously posted, which only showed off her midsection with the caption "#guesswho."
So, how does J.Lo, who is the mother to 5-year-old twins Max and Emme, keep her body in tip-top shape?
By staying "consistent," she told Us Weekly, adding, "you have to put the work in."
As for what work she puts in, her trainer, Tracy Anderson, told Hollywood Life earlier this year J.Lo works out an hour each day, doing 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of muscular structure, and always switches it up.
"We change the workout every 10 workouts," Tracy told the site. "That's the secret. We can only stay on a movement every 10 days."
J.Lo doesn't go more than two days without a workout. And it shows.
