Avril Lavigne is dishing on her new "Rock N Roll" music video and her steamy kiss with Danica McKellar.
The "eventful" video, which stars the Wonder Years alum and Billy Zane, was shot in the desert and features Danica as Avril's partner-in-crime on a mission to save rock and roll.
"I had my first onscreen kiss with Danica," Avril said with a chuckle. "My first onscreen kiss was fun. I'm with a girl and we were like 'ha ha this is funny.' So, we had a good time."
The song is her second single from her upcoming self-title album, which her hubby Chad Kroeger co-wrote.
"Chad and I got together to work and to write and we became really good friends, and then eventually it later on turned into something else, which was really cool...so now we're married," Avril said.
"I think what was really cool about us falling in love was that it was natural and there was a friendship first and it was all around kind of during the making of my record so it was really romantic because he proposed in the studio."
The couple has a duet on the album, which the singer said she's really looking forward to fans hearing.
As far as the general sound of her new album, Avril said it's "diverse."
"It sounds like a lot of my music from before...like all my styles are in this record, but there's also a departure where I've experimented with new sounds and styles," she continued.
