Kim Kardashian's New Diet: "Carb Cycling" (Report)
Kim Kardashian's post-baby body is absolutely incredible.
The reality star took a lot of flack for the weight she gained during her pregnancy, but now she's back and looking better than ever!
During her recent trip to Paris with rapper beau Kanye West, Kim showed off her recently slimmed-down figure in a series of form-fitting outfits.
So, how did she drop the weight?
According to OK! Magazine (via HollywoodLife), Kim has been "carb cycling," which essentially means she's alternating eating carbs one day with cutting back the next day.
We have to give Kim a lot of credit, though, despite all of the criticism she received during her pregnancy, she seems to have taken a very healthy approach to losing the weight.
Back in July, her trainer told Us Weekly that she is just enjoying the whole process and wasn't super concerned about losing weight right away, saying that Kim was just "in baby heaven."
Kim was recently spotted going to the gym while on vacation in Paris, so we do know she's working out at least a little bit, but whether it's the diet or the workouts, whatever she's doing is definitely working!
