This week, on 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians,' the family finds themselves fighting off the paparazzi yet again as Bruce Jenner and Kylie Jenner are being followed during a father/daughter drive

This week, on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian is obsessed with looking beautiful during her delivery. She actually goes so far as to book her glam squad before she even books the hospital room.

She's worried about everything from her hair and makeup to the color that her nails will be. Of course, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian think it's ridiculous and so does Brandon Jenner's wife Leah, who tries to get Kim to back off of some of her beauty regimens.

Once Kim agrees to go without makeup for a day, she and Leah go out and try to enjoy a nice day out together and Kim is stalked by paparazzi and becomes self-conscious because there are hundreds of photographs being taken of her without makeup on.

Speaking of the paparazzi, in this episode, we see how out of control they really are. While Kim was pregnant, they were even more aggressively pursuing everyone in the family and there were a couple of confrontations.

First, Bruce Jenner got out of the car and yelled at them while he was driving with daughter Kylie Jenner, who said she was afraid to get her license because they follow her and create dangerous driving conditions.

Khloe also had a run-in with photogs, but after calling her lawyer, she found out there wasn't a whole lot she could do about it.

Given that they often block the road and other driving paths, Kim worries what she'll do when she goes into labor, if they are preventing her from getting out of her house, as they often do.

Perhaps the most unnerving thing is what the paps yell at the family. At one point, a photog told Kim that if she didn't give him the picture, he would make her life miserable. Obviously, that is a growing concern to the family now that Kim has had her baby and they are making disturbing comments like that.

Also on the episode, the girls are trying to find someone to keep their grandmother MJ company, so they sign her up for a senior citizen dating website, unbeknownst to her.

They end up with a couple of potential matches and after phone and in-person interviews, narrow it down to one man who they think would be a great match for MJ.

Eventually, they have to tell her, so Kourtney and Khloe take MJ out to lunch and have Walt meet them there.

Unfortunately, MJ doesn't want any part of the whole thing and leaves before Walt arrives, which leaves Kourt and Khloe to break the news to him.

They end up feeling so bad that they essentially caused him to be stood up that they decide they might have done the wrong thing and abandon ship on the internet dating idea.

We felt so sorry for Walt, though, he seemed like such a nice man and it was really sad seeing him be stood up.
