The new mom to North West says she's been slimming down thanks to the low-carb Atkins diet after a report that she was carb cycling Kim Kardashian is back in her skinny jeans thanks to cutting carbs.

The new mom to North West revealed that she's been on the Atkins diet, which advocates a low-carb approach, this weekend.

"Need to know @KimKardashian secret on how she lost so much weight," a follower Tweeted to her Sunday. "I've actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it," she replied.

So it seems the E! reality star isn't doing carb cycling after all, as a recent report claimed.

Of course, Kim's also been hitting the gym and sticking to a workout routine to drop the pounds, and Kanye West has been supporting her weight loss efforts.

The couple was spotted taking a Barry's Bootcamp class in Sherman Oaks together after they returned from Paris Fashion Week.

Kim used to endorse a weight loss pill called QuickTrim, but has distanced herself from the product after a class-action lawsuit was filed against the manufacturer.

It's good to see Kim's using good old fashioned diet and exercise to get her pre-baby body back!
