The Witches of East End star, who happens to be a dancer as well, used a dance-incorporated exercise regimen to get back in tip-top shape.
The dance-based toning exercises like the "hot hinge," "sculpt-it-all-kicks" and more, "combine resistance training and flexibility work, which helps you get a lean, sculpted look," Jenna's trainer, Jennifer Johnson, told the mag.
In the issue, Jenna demonstrates each exercise, which helped her lose a total of 33 pounds in just seven weeks(!).
The actress also divulges her favorite dates with Channing in the issue, which is already on newsstands.
