Britney Spears has been under her father Jamie Spears' conservatorship since 2007.

As part of the arrangement, Jamie manages Britney's finances, as well as her personal and professional life.

Considering the incredible turnaround Britney has experienced under the conservatorship, it's pretty safe to say Jamie is earning the $16,000 per month that he is paid for his services.

In new documents obtained by RadarOnline, however, Jamie is asking for more money as he was previously allocated $1,200 a month for renting his office space and he says that costs have increased considerably since the original estimate.

Jamie is now asking to be given $2,000 a month for renting the office space, which he claims was used to negotiate Britney's Las Vegas show and "to maximize the contractual benefits she would receive with a minimum of financial risk to her and a safe, structured, and pleasant environment."

Seems fair enough, especially considering the pop star earned more than $14 million in 2012 alone.

Do you think Jamie should receive a pay increase?
