Lady Gaga is certainly no stranger to collaborations.

The singer recently teamed up with rock legend Cher to do a duet that she chose she didn't want to release (it leaked, anyway), but her next collaboration is even more surprising than that one.

For an upcoming holiday special, Mother Monster will be teaming up with the Muppets...yep, you read that right, for a show that will air on Thanksgiving.

This isn't Gaga's first Thanksgiving special, but her previous didn't really appeal to the younger audience the way this one will.

According to GossipCop, some of Gaga's famous friends will be stopping by the show, including Elton John, Kristen Bell and RuPaul.

It's interesting that Elton John is participating because recent interviews made it sound like he wasn't as close with Gaga anymore. He even said he thought she was in a "dangerous place," but apparently they've resolved their differences.

Do you think it's strange to see Gaga teaming up with the Muppets?

Will you watch the show?
