The E! Fashion Police host and Gaga were feuding a few months ago, after Kelly said Gaga had the worst fans and called her "a great big hypocrite." Her mom Sharon also got involved, penning an open letter to Gaga that criticized her publicity-seeking ways.
Well, Gaga's clearly over it, as she appeared on the X-Factor UK, which Sharon judges, on Sunday and presented Sharon with a cake for Kelly, whose birthday was that same day.
"I didn't know it was your b-day until this afternoon. Meant as a peace offering. Happy birthday," Gaga Tweeted along with a photo of herself, Sharon and a cake for Kelly.
Kelly, who turned 29 yesterday, didn't appreciate that gesture at all and publicly slammed the "Applause" singer via Twitter. "Not to sound ungrateful but why would you send me a birthday cake via my MOTHER in a country half the world away? #JustSendItToMe #LoveNotWar," she began.
But she didn't stop there. "#EatMySh*t #Hypocrisy #StefaniStopIt You are so far behind you think you are first! I live for a #cause not the #Applause," Kelly continued. "I like dessert, but I prefer the truth...it's sweeter."
At least Kelly's mom appreciated Gaga's gesture, Tweeting: "Blown away by Gaga's performance and her graciousness."
We think that Kelly's being a bit immature and rather rude. Who's side are you on?
