Now that the Jonas Brothers breakup is official, the guys have been setting some of the rumors straight.
One of the biggest was the gossip flying that Joe Jonas has a drug addiction issue and that's why the band broke up.
While you can find out more about why the Jonas Brothers called it quits (JoBros on GMA and Nick Jonas' radio interview), Joe assures fans that he doesn't have a drug problem.
He told KISS 98.5, "There's rumors that pop up that are so ridiculous and we sit here and laugh, and we're a little bit used to it, but when if it gets to the people that are close to us--that can really affect you and make you really upset...I'm not addicted to heroin as the rumors may say these days. You know my girl is not on drugs, she has never touched heroin in her life, never even seen it. I'm happy and healthy."
Joe even cleared up the buzz that Taylor Swift caused the Jonas Brothers to break up, saying, "I haven't seen her in probably years so I don't think its a possibility."
He did touch on life after the band, however, saying that they were "really are excited for each other," adding, "there's a lot of opportunities and career paths we're going to venture off on our own and we are really excited for that."
He also confirmed he'll be at the Kissmas Bash in Buffalo--and he'll be bringing one of his brothers.

UPDATE: Joe also told People.com the drug addiction rumors are "ridiculous," explaining, "It's obviously not true. I've never touched heroin in my life. Either has my girlfriend. It's hilarious to me, but also frustrating as well. It pissed me off when it's about my girl and even about myself."
As for why the brothers didn't discuss why they canceled their tour for weeks, he said, "We all had to deal with it in our own way. I needed time to clear my head."
