After telling Jimmy Kimmel his ladylove deserves a star on the Walk of Fame, Kanye took his support for his ladylove a step further, saying she is more influential than Michelle Obama.
"Collectively, [Kim and I] are the most influential with clothing," Kanye said. "No one is looking at what [President Barack Obama] is wearing. Michelle Obama cannot Instagram a pic like what my girl Instagrammed the other day."
In case you missed it, Kim posted a sexy shot on Instagram of herself a couple of weeks ago, posing in a white bathing suit that showed off her butt.
And that was just the beginning of Kanye's latest rant.
"There's no way Kim Kardashian shouldn't be on the cover of Vogue," he continued. She's like the most intriguing woman right now. She's got Barbara Walters calling her like everyday."
While Kim hasn't landed that cover just yet, Kanye did give props to former French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld for putting the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star on the cover of her CR fashion book, saying, "Carine Roitfeld supports my girl. That's a breakthrough."
"There's a wall of classism that we are breaking through," he went on.
Kanye has also referred to that "wall of classism" in his recent interviews with Jimmy and BBC Radio 1's Zane Lowe, sharing his frustrations over his challenges to break through the "glass ceiling" when it comes to the fashion industry because he is a rapper and a person of color.
As far as whether his comments are controversial though, the "New Slaves" rapper couldn't care less.
"That's not my concern," he continued. "My concern is doing God's work and he'll work everything else out."
