The 24-year-old former reality star was sentenced to five years behind bars for a probation violation stemming from prior drug charges.

After failing to complete a court-ordered rehab sentence, Amber opted for the five-year jail term instead, hoping that it would help her straighten out her life.

Well, so far, so good!

Amber was doing so well in prison, she was actually teaching anger management classes to other inmates and now, according to TMZ, as a result of good behavior and completion of the required prison courses, Amber is free after serving less than a year and a half of the five-year sentence.

So, what is she most looking forward to now that she's out from behind bars?

On her way out of the big house, she told paparazzi that she wanted to "go get something good to eat."

Are you surprised that Amber was let go so early?
