News broke yesterday that the Biebs was wanted by police in Brazil after he illegally tagged or spray painted graffiti on private property and walls.

According to TMZ, police in Rio showed up to Justin's rented mansion to question him after he was caught and photographed spray painting Chris Brown-looking graffiti on a wall. Unfortunately for them, the singer was already gone when they arrived.

Damaging buildings is a crime in Brazil and is punishable by up to a year in jail. Now, thanks to the photos, police have reason to believe Bieber is guilty. Justin's already peaced out on Rio and probably won't be back for quite a while. We're sure all of this will just pass over...

Justin's not hiding from the Brazilian officials though. He's posted several pictures of his tagging on Instagram claiming his innocence. TMZ's reporting that he's simply pulling the ignorance card and saying he was given permission to do the art.

And we aren't really sure what's up with Bieber's spray painting frenzy these days. He was just caught tagging "Free Breezy" in Colombia. Maybe he's been hanging around Chris Breezy too much?

This isn't the only drama Justin managed to get involved with in Brazil. Click here to find out where he snapped sneaking out of!
