Amber has a hot-and-cold relationship with her daughter's father Gary Shirley, although the two seem to be trying very hard to make it work following Amber's release from prison.
Regarding Amber's legal troubles (Amber was sentenced to five years behind bars, but was released after serving less than half of her sentence), Farrah tells RadarOnline that Gary was a bad influence on Amber.
"I'm happy Amber is out of jail, she never deserved to be in jail," Farrah told the site. "Gary antagonized Amber while she was also dealing with stress and handling her bipolar disorder."
But, Farrah didn't stop there...she has high hopes for Amber, adding, "I hope Amber can now stay away from the pressures of the media and focus on her new, healthier beginning at life. I hope Leah (Amber's daughter) can have a loving mother and daughter relationship."
Ironic? Perhaps, but that's her two cents...whether you wanted it or not.
