That's right, the singer who just purchased the mansion in December of last year for nearly $12 million, is now looking for a tenant to occupy the not-so-humble abode.
If a tenant feels so inclined, they can purchase the property for a cool $14.6 million instead.
So, what do you get for all that money? For starters, there are seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and an elevator--not to mention the 6,000 square feet of outdoor living space.
RiRi is reportedly seeking out new shelter because this house has been plagued by a stalker who threw a chair through a door in September and claimed to be the singer's future husband.
According to Zillow, she is now renting an apartment in a high-rise in Manhattan for $39,000 a month, which is definitely much less stalker-friendly.
Scary stuff...hopefully Rihanna feels more secure in her new pad.
