The Yeezus rapper says Kim and her famous family, who have their own E! reality show, have helped Americans to be comfortable with interracial relationships Kim Kardashian, Kanye WestMany people think Keeping Up With the Kardashians is just mindless reality TV, but of course, Kanye West thinks the famous family's E! series has a much deeper significance.

During a radio interview with 95.5, a DC-based station, the rapper explained how television shows can affect public perceptions.

"I'd like to point out that I feel that The Cosby Show that I grew up on is part of the reason why America was prepped to accept, you know, a middle class black family that way," he said.

"And a lot of what the Kardashians do that I don't think they get enough credit, is they prep America to understand interracial relationships," Kanye continued.

Not only has Kim dated prominent African Americans such as Kanye, Kris Humphries and Reggie Bush, but Khloe Kardashian is married to Lamar Odom and Kylie Jenner is rumored to be romancing Jaden Smith.
