Jennifer Lopez wants her last name back following her split from Marc Anthony. The "Hit the Floor" crooner just filed papers in response to her former hubby Marc Anthony's 2013 divorce petition, asking that her legal name be changed from "Jennifer Muniz" to Jennifer Lopez, according to TMZ.

Marc's real name is Marco Antonia Muniz.

In addition to the name change, J.Lo is also asking for joint legal and physical custody of their twins Max and Emme.

The former couple tied the knot in June 2004, just months after they started dating and announced their separation in July 2011.

Marc later filed for divorce in April 2012 citing irreconcilable differences.
