The actor will be laid to rest after his fatal car accident at a private, invitation only ceremony which will include Fast and Furious crew and cast Paul WalkerPaul Walker has thousands of fans but they won't be present to mourn en masse when he's laid to rest.

Although he was remembered during a public memorial by fans and friends, family of the 40-year-old actor is planning a private funeral for Paul, who was killed in a fatal fiery car accident on Nov. 30.

The funeral will reportedly be invitation only, but crew and castmembers from his hit Fast and Furious movie franchise will be welcome to attend.

Family members are reportedly trying to keep the funeral small due to his 15-year-old daughter Meadow, so she can mourn privately.

TMZ reports that Paul's family now believes he died because the Porsche he was a passenger in hit plastic reflective markers on the road while traveling at a high speed, causing the car to hydroplane and crash.
