The June 2011 Flare magazine issue has been circulating the web via a GIF of the cover that shows the Hunger Games star's apparent before-and-after Photoshopped cover.
In the GIF, it looks like J.Law's waist has been trimmed down and her face was thinned out, among other things.
Even without Photoshop though, the actress still looks stunning in the "before" shot.
Rocking a blue and orange Gucci dress, she strikes a fierce pose with her hand on her hip, giving a smoldering look to the camera.
In February, Jennifer addressed Photoshopping when Billy Bush showed her photos of herself in a Christian Dior ad for the first time at the Oscars, during an interview with Access Hollywood.
"Oh my God, I haven't seen these," the Oscar winner said. "That doesn't look like me at all! I love Photoshop more than anything in the world."
After Billy said, "I don't think that's Photoshop, that's you," J.Law replied, "Of course it's Photoshop. People don't look like that."
Photoshopping aside, Jennifer has been vocal about the perception of "perfect" celebrity bodies in the media, recently revealing she was pressured to lose weight at the start of her career and now refuses to.
"I was young," she told Harper's Bazaar UK. "Somebody told me I was fat, that I was basically going to get fired if I didn't lose a certain amount of weight. They brought in pictures of me where I was basically naked, and told me to use them as motivation for my diet. I was hurt. It doesn't matter what accolades you get."
She added that she would never drop pounds to get a role, saying, "I know it'll never happen to me again. If anybody even tries to whisper the word 'diet,' I'm like, 'You can go f-ck yourself.'"
