"I still love Lamar and I love Khloe, and I hate, hate they're going through this," she told People yesterday in LA. "But if it's something that Khloe feels she needs to do, then I'm 150 percent behind her."
Kris also denied rumors that Khloe is already moving on with Matt Kemp, who she's been spending time with post-split.
"He's a family friend," Kris explains. "We all live in the same neighborhood and we all hang out. He's a great guy who we adore, but he's just a friend. That's it."
The E! reality star momager backtracked on her previous statement that Khloe was doing "so great," admitting it's a tough time for her daughter.
"What Khloe is going through is definitely challenging, I'm not going to lie," she said. "It's also a very interesting time because it's very cleansing. She's showed this side of her I didn't know she had. I always knew Khloe was strong, but I never dreamed she had this kind of strength."
Just yesterday, Khloe herself called the divorce "torture to my soul."
