Seems like a fair enough question, considering the title itself implies that it's for "couples."
So, how did the single reality star score a solo spot on the show?
In an interview with The TV Page, the therapist from the show, Dr. Jenn Berman, says that Farrah actually was supposed to appear on the show with a boyfriend, but he supposedly stood her up.
She claims that he did all of the pre-interviews and was even flown in to appear on the show, but never showed up, which apparently left Farrah "distraught and confused."
While we may never know the whole story on that, Dr. Berman says that she realized that Farrah was "a women who desperately needed therapy," and so she was allowed to stay.
She also claims that Farrah did a lot of "authentic therapy" on the show and that if viewers watch the whole season, they will see a "more human side" of the controversial sex tape star.
Still, many are skeptical about the whole situation, given that there were reports last season that Farrah was trying hard to get a guy to fake being her boyfriend just so she could get on the show.
Do you think the guy really flaked or do you think there's more to the story?
