Despite the circumstances, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star says she has no regrets.
"I don't regret anything about my life," she told Cosmopolitan UK. "My life has made me who I am at this moment, and I'm very happy with who I am. No matter if it's great, disgusting, beautiful or ugly, it happens and it makes you you. Life is about how you process things."
She also says that she's feeling good about her recent weight loss, saying that she's worked hard on her body and now thinks it's time to "sex it up a little" when it comes to her wardrobe.
Of course, Khloe is confident no matter what she looks like, saying "I love my body and always have."
Still, there is always pressure to look a certain way...and it doesn't always come from the media.
In the interview, Khloe recalled a painful thing she heard her own mother Kris Jenner say.
"She didn't mean harm, but when I was around nine I overheard my mom telling her friend I needed a nose job," Khloe confessed. "I was shocked. I hadn't even thought about it."
Wow, that's incredibly sad, but we're so glad that Khloe has always held her head high no matter what anyone says or thinks about her.
