Through his Make It Right foundation, the A-list actor helped design and build over 50 affordable, eco-friendly houses for the victims.

Unfortunately, there has been a small hiccup with the housing materials.

According to RadarOnline, the homes are already beginning to rot. "The wood turned gray and it was also black," one of the homeowners tells the site. "Also some parts it was buckling and it had mushrooms growing out of it. Different neighborhoods saw it too."

The site says that the foundation is blaming the lumber company, but true to their name, they are "making it right" for the homeowners and have already begun replacing the rotting wood with yellow pine.

As for Brad, he's been busy filming his new movie Fury in London, but was last spotted in Australia, visiting girlfriend Angelina Jolie and their kids.
