Michelle Obama turned 50 and was feted on Saturday with a star-studded party at the White House, where Beyonce was a special performer.
The "XO" singer took the stage for a half hour and sang hits such as "Irreplaceable" and "Single Ladies" for the birthday girl and guests including Jennifer Hudson and Bill and Hillary Clinton, PageSix reports.
After Beyonce's performance, John Legend sang "Happy Birthday" to the First Lady and presented her with a birthday cake as President Obama toasted his wife. Stevie Wonder also sang some hits.
Although signs at the top-secret soiree instructed "no social media," Jennifer Hudson still sent out a Tweet about her big night and Bey posted pics from the evening on her Tumblr.
Jay-Z and daughter Blue Ivy accompanied Beyonce to DC, and there's an awesome shot of the family walking up to the White House and Blue playing with Bo, the First Family's pet.
Just a normal weekend for the Carter clan!
