Same sex couples wed during Macklemore, Mary Lambert and Madonna's joint Grammys performance tonight in Los Angeles...relive the epic moment now!

One of our favorite performances at the Grammys tonight was Macklemore, Mary Lambert and Madonna's!

First, Macklemore and Mary Lambert started off singing their pro-gay hit "Same Love," before Madge joined in with a rendition of "Open Your Heart."

Then, 33 straight and same sex couples exchanged vows and wedding rings live in front of the entire Grammy audience as Madonna, Mary Lambert and Macklemore sang!

Even American Idol judge Keith Urban was brought to tears by the emotional moment.

Queen Latifah officiated and introduced the amazing performance and said she was proud to make history during the annual show.

Ellen DeGeneres also praised the performance on Twitter. "#SameLove was incredible. Love to @Macklemore, @RyanLewis, @MaryLamberySing @Madonna & @IAmQueenLatifah for a beautiful performance #GRAMMYs," she wrote.
