Emma Watson has already lined up a new film...just one month after deciding to take a break from acting.

The Harry Potter actress is set to star in the upcoming thriller Regression with Ethan Hawke, which will be directed by Alejandro Amenabar, who wrote the screenplay, according to the Wrap.

"I am passionate about Alejandro and his work and am so happy to be collaborating with him," Emma told the site. "I'm really excited by the challenge my character presents to me as an actress. I can't wait to begin."

Details about the film are being kept under wraps for now, but Alejandro couldn't help but gush about having Emma in his film, saying, "Emma is a beautiful, humane, sensitive and very talented woman, and I feel very fortunate to be working with her. I'm sure that her long-standing stellar career has barely begun."

Earlier this year, the 23-year-old actress reportedly refused work that started in the near future so she could focus on her exams at Brown University.

"Emma is in demand with Hollywood directors but has so much to focus on with her studies, that she has had to pass on a few things – she simply can't do everything," a source told the Daily Mirror. "It's tough but she believes it was the right thing."

The actress will have plenty of time to take the acting world by storm again soon though, considering her graduation from the Ivy League school is in May.
