After years of working nonstop on movies such as The Hunger Games, Silver Linings Playbook and American Hustle, Jennifer Lawrence is tired of the Hollywood hustle.
According to Silver Linings producer Harvey Weinstein, the 23-year-old is taking a year off from Hollywood after she wraps filming on the final Hunger Games movie, Mockingjay: Part 2.
"She's going to have a long break where for a year where she won't do anything," he told The Sun. "It's been non-stop for her and she deserves a rest."
The producer says Jen has a hard time saying no to good roles. "Jennifer is too nice and will do people favors and agrees to do a movie like American Hustle when she could have had a rest," he explains.
Harvey also added she had no idea how time-consuming doing the Hunger Games franchise would be when she originally got on board for it.
"She signed on the do Hunger Games when she was young and wouldn't have realized how much it would dominate her life," he continues. "But she's a professional and always will be."
We think J. Law definitely deserves some downtime, but we'll miss seeing her in the meantime!
