Attention Aspiring Porn Stars: Do Not Post Your Audition Videos on Vine

Vine wants you to "create and share beautiful looping videos" to your heart's content--except if those videos are X-rated. In short: if you're trying to get discovered as the Internet's next porn sensation, do not post your audition videos on Vine.

Now, Vine wants to be clear about their feelings about people wanting to get frisky in the digital world, saying in a blog post on their site, "we don't have a problem with explicit sexual content on the Internet –– we just prefer not to be the source of it."

"If you're curious to know what types of content are okay or not okay to post, you can take a look at this article," they continued. We know what you're thinking...was there anything sexy at that link? No, not at all. In fact, it takes you to the Twitter help center, which reads more like the transcript of a sex ed class, with phrases like: "nudity that is sexually provocative" and "graphic depictions of sexual arousal." Total snooze-fest.

In case you missed that day in sex ed class, though, they take the liberty of outlining examples, saying that it's not OK to post: "sex acts, whether alone or with another person," "close-ups of aroused genitals underneath clothing" (people were posting that?) and "art or animation that is sexually graphic."

What's more, the kind people at Twitter (who owns Vine) are scouring the site for sexually explicit posts and are contacting the offenders to let them know that they're just too sexy for the site. How does someone get that job? Because, you know, we might know a few people...
