Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian all have picture-perfect figures, which works out well because they're photographed ALL the time. We also know they work their butts off in the gym because they love posting photos and videos from their daily sweat sessions.
While Kim lost a ton of weight after she had her daughter North West and was reportedly sticking to a low-carb diet, Khloe is also rocking a seriously slimmed-down figure, but she did it in a very different way.
"I don't believe in diets," Khloe told E! News during their DASH Miami launch party. "I believe in working out and hard work and consistency."
Don't worry, though, if you're sweating your butt off at the gym and still not getting the results you want, Khloe did reveal during a recent interview that she is still watching what she's eating, saying, "I won't deprive myself because I used to be on diets and I'd never last and so I just try to be more aware of what I'm eating and just in moderation."
As part of not depriving herself, Khloe said that she wasn't going to give up drinking. "Well, I can't stop drinking. I love to drink. I need that for my sanity," she said.
So, you're saying we don't have to give up our beloved carbs, we can still drink AND we can look like that? Call it a diet, don't call it one if you don't believe in them, whatever the heck it is, sign us up.
