Teen Mom 2: Canceled (Sorta)

With all of the rumors that are constantly flying around about the cast, the last thing we need is rumors about the show. But guess what, the Internet doesn't care what we need, so they're giving them to us, anyway.

A report by RadarOnline on Friday claimed that the show had been cancelled and that the current season would be the last and Twitter kinda threw a tantrum. Angry fans pounded away at their keyboards demanding answers as to why the Teen Moms (who aren't even really teens anymore) would not be returning to TV.

Maybe that's the answer. Maybe Teen Mom 2 is over, but a "brand new" show called Early 20's Mom will be appearing with the same girls. Not exactly, but you haven't seen the end of Jenelle Evans and crew just yet. Seriously, she's pregnant and she reportedly has a pretty rocky relationship with her boyfriend, would MTV really pass on that ratings goldmine?

So, here's the deal. Season 5 (the current season) will be the last, according to WetPaint BUT Season 5 is going to be a lot longer than we originally expected. "Though it is not Season 6, per se, it's pretty much another season," their source revealed. "The girls already filmed a reunion for 'Season 5' but this season is technically 'Season 5b.'"

Don't forget specials, either. Just when you thought you'd seen the end of Farrah Abraham from the original Teen Mom, boom, you get Being Farrah, which naturally had Being Maci, Being Catelynn and Being Amber counterparts.
