If this is what Marge Simpson looks like as a real person, we'd prefer her animated.

When we heard that stylists had transformed a model into a real life Marge Simpson for a shoot with Russian photographer Alexander Khokhlov, we expected to see a pretty yellow-faced woman with blue hair (maybe even straightened out for effect) giving some sort of fierce look to the camera.

Instead, we saw this (and almost screamed).

Makeup artist Veronica Ershova and hair stylist Mikhail Kravchenko teamed up to create the look, which ended up being a real-life Marge with a bright yellow face, her signature, tall blue hair and giant white painted on eyes that could cut into your soul. The shot dubbed "Flower Marge" is a part of Alexander's "The Art of Face" project, in which models are painted as Angry Birds, and with Chanel symbols and Mickey Mouse on their faces.

Check out the full process of the model's transformation below!
