Following a bit of backlash after she won the Biggest Loser, Rachel Frederickson feels like she's at her most desirable weight.

"I've gone up about 20 pounds. I think I'm at my perfect weight!," she told Us Weekly, adding she stays in shape by working out for an hour six days a week. "I love classes like SoulCycle...I also loosely count calories, but sometimes I might eat an Oreo. It's not the end of the world," she continued.

Rachel, who started out the NBC weight loss competiton show at 260 pounds, shocked everyone when she popped up on the finale show weighing just 105, and looked a tad too skinny (ironically). "I was stunned! Biggest Loser coach Jillian Michaels told Huffington Post at the time. "Obviously, I thought she had lost too much weight, and I was immediately concerned and wondering how this happened. The 24-year-old voice over artist was so rail thin that the fact she won the Biggest Loser and $250,000 was overshadowed by her appearance, which sparked a national debate.

She looked a lot healthier Feb. 26 though, when she made an appearance on the Today show to talk about the controversy. Rocking a red dress and showing off some leg, she appeared to be curvier and her face and legs had already filled out.

Keep up the good work!
