Kermit and Miss Piggy Sing One Direction's "Little Things," Muppet-style

Love is in the air for Kermit and Miss Piggy, as they sing One Direction's "Little Things"--only, the whole thing almost goes terribly, horribly wrong. Kermie was within an inch of a karate kick to the face from Piggy, as some of the lyrics came off a bit more offensive than he intended.

Watch as the Muppets Most Wanted stars tackle the 1D tune for Capital FM, and it's all filled with sweet gushy stuff and all that, until Kermit starts the rundown on Piggy's body parts, singing, "I know you've never loved the crinkles by your eyes when you smile. You've never loved your stomach or your thighs...your little curly tail at the bottom of your spine...well, I'll love them endlessly, Piggy."

Her take? Uh...watch out, Kermit! She comments, "Is this supposed to be flattery?"

Thankfully, Kermit is quick on his feet...er...flippers...and steered the lyrics back on track.

We can only hope this 1D cover is a sign that the One Direction guys will collaborate with the Muppets soon (they've ventured to Sesame Street, so why not?).
