When all else fails and you don't have a baseball glove...use your popcorn bucket? That's exactly what 17-year-old Lucas Spano did when a foul ball came swirling at him during Friday's Pittsburgh Pirates baseball game in the steel city.

"I was about halfway done, and the ball just started coming at me," he told the Pittsburgh Post- Gazette. "I didn't want to try to catch it with my hand, because that probably would have hurt. So I held out the bucket."

Thankfully Lucas' entire moment was caught on camera for everyone to watch over and over.. His catch was pretty remarkable and the reactions on the peoples' faces around him are priceless too.

His friends made him change his Twitter name to Popcorn Kid, and his Twitter pic shows the aftermath of the popcorn bucket spilling all over him. He even returned to the field the next day for the Pirates-Cardinals series and got his famous baseball signed by Cardinals' player Matt Carpenter.

Watch the awesome popcorn bucket catch below. Go Pirates!
