While Mother Monster totally made that her 2011 battle cry and has been very vocal about telling others to embrace everything about themselves--their freckles, their fat rolls and everything in between--it sounds like she might not be taking her own advice.
A source tells PageSix that Gaga's peeps have the final say over which pics of her are posted and that photogs are told to smooth out her jaw line, thin her arm and perform both processes on her legs. Um...doesn't that kind of go against everything she stands for?
Is this not the same person who launched the "Body Revolution" last year, asking fans to celebrate their "perceived flaws"? We're glad you asked and yes, as a matter of fact it is. Here's an excerpt from one of her posts related to the topic: "Now that the body revolution has begun, be brave and post a photo of you that celebrates your triumph over insecurities."
So, we just want to make sure we're understanding this right: You want US to post photos of OUR flaws and totally own our insecurities, but--you're having yours digitally erased? Yeah, that's a big FAT (and please don't make it skinnier) "no" on that one.
