Lindsay Lohan is fresh out of rehab and she's trying to show the world that she's committed to staying sober. She has a documentary show on Oprah's OWN network and if you've watched it, you see that things get a bit shaky from time to time.

Obviously, that means it's the perfect time to hit up Coachella, right?! LiLo reportedly told friends before she went that she was committed to not falling off the wagon at the festival. Let's be real, though, that's like going to an orgy to show you're committed to abstinence. Coachella is not a place you will find too many sober buddies.

According to RadarOnline, the sober or bust sitch isn't going too well for LiLo at Coachella. "The group [LiLo and Co. were] standing in a small cabana booth-type thing and one of the friends was making regular trips to the bar," a witness told the site. "I overheard the friend order four vodka sodas and when he carried them back to the group, he handed one to Lindsay and she started drinking it."

Maybe hers was virgin? Lindsay did recently admit on her OWN documentary that she had already broken sobriety once. "I had a glass of wine, and that was it. But it was that I just had so much guilt, and it's okay to admit it, it's really scary," she admitted. "I screwed up, and that's okay, but now what can I do so that doesn't happen again? And that's a part of the process. That's a part of life."

What could you do to to make sure that doesn't happen again? Well, not going to Coachella would have been a great place to start.
