Not at all.
Following rumors that the country couple would soon be getting a divorce, the Voice mentor shut down the chatter in a recent interview with Carson Daly on Today. "I would take this opportunity to say, to clear the air, you may pick up a magazine or a tabloid any day of the week that'll say something about my relationship with Miranda, and that it's in turmoil and we're gonna divorce," he said. "And the truth is, I've never felt a stronger bond...not only with her but with any other human being in my life. I mean, Miranda and I, she's my life."
Well, there you have it.
Blake wasn't the only judge who opened up on the show about balancing his personal life with the show. Shakira also shared her issues with it, saying it is difficult to be away from her son Milan. "It's so hard," the songstress said. "That's the only downside of doing The Voice, the times I've had to...leave him back home. But his dad (Gerard Piqué) is such a good dad, he's so devoted."
Usher also opened up saying the past year had been "one of the hardest years" for him, with the passing of his grandmother and his son's diagnosis as a Type One diabetic. ""It has definitely been a difficult one for me," the singer said. "Sometimes y'all look at me and we're off camera, and I'm looking online, I'm looking at numbers and trying to make sure that he's eating. It's crazy."
Adam Levine, meanwhile, lightened the mood by offering not one thing about his personal life. Instead, he changed the subject and dished on what it was like to perform with the other Voice mentors during a recent small show at a Los Angeles club, saying, "There's something actually more intimidating about playing a small, intimate room. Your mistakes are that much more under the microscope."
