The future Mrs. Kanye West originally lost the 50 pounds she gained while pregnant by sticking to a low carb Atkins diet and exercising regularly. "I work out 5 times a week and try to eat as healthy as possible," Kim, who takes Barry's Bootcamp and SoulCycle classes, revealed two months ago, but it seems she's ramping up her exercise routine even more before she ties the knot in Paris on May 24.
